Dear Sir or Madam , my name is Robert Price I leave outside Phoenix AZ . I have been a loyal Dodge customer since 1993 since then Ive purchased 7 Ram trucks & 1 Jeep .

I love Dodge . Im writing you because on April 9th I traded in my 2012 1/2 ton Ram for a 2016 3/4 ton Ram . I was T Boned on April 12th on the passenger side of my truck . I took my truck back to Larry H Miller on 99ave & the I-10 for the repairs I was told max time for repairs was 6 to 7 weeks we are on week 8 and my truck still is not completed .

I told the collision Mgr Scott Eaton I must have my truck back before June 12th . Im driving back to PA to move my youngest son to AZ. he told me no problem the max will be 7 weeks for repair but he could get it done in 6. well iI checked up on my truck every Saturday for the first 3 weeks the first 2 weeks the truck was never touched .

then he called me on Tuesday the 7th of June told me my truck was done at the collision center , and would be brought back to the dealership that afternoon so they could see why the steering was out of alighnment and replace the two cut tires pn the passenger side that I could pick up the truck Friday June 10th about 2 weeks later then the orignal date . but I figured it was ok since I would still have to drive back east. Well then Scott called me on Thursday June 9th around 3 in the afternoon to tell me the truck was not done at the collision center and never made back to the dealership off of 99th ave . 2 days before I have to leave to PA.

So then I had to purchase a plane ticket 2 days before i was to drive back east and now instead of renting a trailer to pull back to AZ with my truck I have to rent a U-haul truck which is four times more expensive then the trailer . Not to mention the plane ticket with only 2 days in advance. I stressed to Scott several times when I first gave him the truck that I had to have it back but he assured me 6 weeks Max 7 . After he told me I would not get it back untill some time the week of the 13th of June I explained to him how much money I had to spend because he has not completed the repairs even close to the date he said I would get my truck back & I thought he should at least cover my $500.00 deductable since I still have not received my truck & I had to pay about $1,500.00 more since I had to rent a U-haul truck instead of a trailer & I had to purchase a plane ticket 2 days before leaving since I could not drive my truck .

He told me there was nothing he could do. I told him he had to know weeks ago this truck would not be done but he kept telling me every week we he called me we were on schedule .

I love Ram Trucks & Chrysler products that is the only thing I would park in my driveway . So for me to say I would never purchase another Chrysler product if they didnt do the right thing simply isn't

Larry H Miller Dodge Ram Avondale needs to "larry h miller cover my 500 deduc. since i had to rent a u-haul truck instead of a trailer and i had to purchase a plane ticket with only 2 days notice because i have not received my truck back after eifgt weeks" according to poster's claims.
